Polemonium caeruleum 'Blue Pearl'

A great improvement over the old 'Jacob's Ladder'. It is a long lived plant with blue flowers and the divided foliage attractively arched. Very nice at the base of small shrubs or bush roses. The flower's fragrance draws people to wherever it is planted. Protect from late day sun.
